Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DecorAI – AI Interior Design app and the website at https://www.aiinteriordesign.download, both operated by Rocket Digital Limited ("DecorAI", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. Reach us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use DecorAI. If you are younger, you may only use DecorAI with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@rocketdigital.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• Use DecorAI to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or infringing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit outputs in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Misrepresent generated images as real photographs of other people's real properties for deceptive purposes.

5. Content you upload and generate

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant DecorAI a limited license to process those photos solely to provide the AI interior design service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload each photo.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the AI interior design images DecorAI generates from your photos for personal and commercial purposes, such as decorating decisions, client moodboards, or social sharing.

6. Subscriptions, purchases, and trials

DecorAI offers both free features and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and managed through your device's account settings. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing, refund, and cancellation policies of Apple and Google apply to those purchases.

7. Third-party services

DecorAI uses third-party services — including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel — to deliver its features. Your use of DecorAI is also subject to the relevant third-party terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Intellectual property

The DecorAI brand, logo, app, website, design system, copy, and underlying technology are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. AI output disclaimer

AI interior design outputs are creative approximations based on your photos. They are for inspiration and planning, not for structural, legal, or commercial representations of real construction specifications. Always confirm measurements, materials, and feasibility with qualified professionals before renovating.

10. Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the app will meet every expectation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of DecorAI.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Digital Limited harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of DecorAI.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DecorAI if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the service. You may stop using DecorAI and delete your account at any time from within the app.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page. Continued use of DecorAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong, except where local mandatory law provides otherwise.
